Terms and conditions

This form only allows registration for an event. There is no transaction of physical goods, so there is no return of products. The refund, cancelling the registration for the event, is made under the terms indicated in the registration form.

Access to personal data

OThe data collected is used to manage registration for the event. Access to personal data is restricted:
  - the entity organising the event;
  - to the company Be Formal, Unipessoal Lda, NIF 514845058, with address at Rua de Costa e Almeida, Nº137, 4200-236 Porto, which, together with the company Oliv Travel, supports the organisation of the event, managing registrations;
  - to the company Oliv Travel, Unipessoal Lda, NIF 510097260, with address at Rua Júlio Dinis n° 728 sala 817, 4050-012 Porto, which supports the organisation of the event, managing registrations.
The companies Be Formal and Oliv Travel do not allow, under any circumstances, third-party access to participant data.

Privacy Policy

As a data holder, you can exercise the rights of access, notification, forgetting, limitation, opposition, and portability when applicable.

Payments

Payments can be made by:
  - bank transfer to the account indicated to the participant at registration. The originator/participant in the event must fully bear the transfer costs.
  - credit card, through an electronic transaction through the IfThenPay platform. To pay by credit card, the system automatically takes the user to the payment page, or after registration, an email is sent with a link that allows payment to be made using that platform.

Privacy Policy Update

Oliv Travel reserves the right to change the privacy policy, updating it with any changes that may be implemented.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may appeal to one of the following Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities: Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto
